All materials used in the manufacture of luminaires (such as metal components, light sources, wires, and cables) must undergo rigorous inspection before entering the production line to ensure they comply with relevant quality standards and safety regulations.
Throughout the production phase, we meticulously ensure the compatibility of various components and the accuracy of the assembly sequence. We implement stringent quality monitoring at critical stages, such as the insulation treatment at wire connection points and the implementation of waterproof and dustproof measures.
All types of lighting products must undergo rigorous electrical safety tests, including but not limited to withstand voltage testing, leakage current measurement, and grounding resistance determination, to ensure that users are not at risk of electric shock under normal usage conditions. In addition to fundamental safety checks, each batch of products is also evaluated for luminous intensity distribution uniformity and glare suppression capability before leaving the factory.
Possessing multiple certifications such as ETL, CE, RoHS, and CCC, we offer an industry-leading 5-year extended warranty, complemented by a 48-hour emergency response service. Our after-sales satisfaction rate reached 98.7% in 2024.
